Tom is Professor of Marketing at the University of New Hampshire. Tom works with us on projects around retail out-of-stocks, category management, sales and marketing outsourcing, post-audits, supplier-retailer scorecards, and customer-to-customer value creation. His research has been widely published including the Harvard Business Review, Journal of Marketing, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, Journal of Retailing, Journal of Business Research, Journal of Applied Psychology, and ECR Journal.
Professor David R. Bell
David is Professor of Marketing at the Wharton School. David works with us on projects around store choice and in-store decision making. His research has been widely published including the Journal of Marketing Research, Journal of Marketing, Journal of Retailing, Management Science and Manufacturing and Service Operations Management.
Professor George Knox
George is Assistant Professor of Marketing at Drexel University. George works with us on customer relationship management and in-store decision making. Recent projects include examining the unplanned purchasing and retailer equity and multi-store shopping.
